Before you begin...

I have a tiny confession.

This book quietly became a part of my everyday life.

Sometimes I'd sit down to study...

and somehow end up thinking about Saksham instead.

Sometimes one chapter took me days.

Sometimes five pages appeared all at once.

And sometimes I genuinely wondered if my characters had secretly decided to write the story themselves.

Writing this book has been one of the happiest journeys of my life, and I'm really grateful that you're here to be a part of it.

🖤 Meet Saksham Singh Rathore

Saksham Singh Rathore isn't the kind of person who talks a lot.

He simply lets his actions speak.

Calm.

Disciplined.

Responsible.

A little too serious.

He carries more than he ever admits and loves much more quietly than people realise.

He believes emotions make people weak.

Life, however...

has other plans.

Especially when one very cheerful girl walks into it without asking for permission.

I hope you'll enjoy getting to know him.

(And maybe forgive him when he becomes impossible to deal with.)

🌸 Meet Reva "Sona" Deshmukh

And then...

there's Sona.

She smiles easily.

Laughs a little too loudly.

Cries over little things.

Gets excited over even smaller ones.

She isn't trying to change anyone.

She simply has a way of making people feel a little less alone.

She reminds others that kindness is never wasted...

and that warmth can exist even after difficult days.

She's my favourite !!

I hope she becomes one of yours too. 🤍

Just one tiny request...

Please don't rush through this story.

Stay for the quiet conversations.

Notice the little gestures.

Smile at the domestic moments.

Sometimes the biggest confessions aren't spoken out loud.

Sometimes they're hidden inside a cup of tea.

A protective glance.

A gentle "Have you eaten?"

Or simply...

someone choosing to stay.

It means a lot that you decided to give my very first book a chance.

This story grew with me through ordinary school days, homework, rough notebooks, random ideas during class, and many evenings spent wondering what would happen next.

Looking back, I don't think I just wrote this story.

I grew up with it.

Some chapters came easily.

Some made me rewrite the same page again and again.

Some made me smile.

Some made me cry before anyone else even read them.

Every page taught me something—not just about writing, but about patience, hope, and believing in a dream even when it still exists only inside a notebook.

This book isn't perfect.

But every chapter has been written honestly, with a lot of love and care.

I truly hope that somewhere between these pages, you find a character to laugh with, someone to root for, or maybe just a story that keeps you company for a little while.
